Woo hoo! Your blog has a fancy banner. You paid someone $35 dollars to make that for you. Are you NUTS?! And then you pay them another $5 to have them put it in your blog for you. Just do 5 minutes of research online and you can save $5.
Plus, you can make your own banner. It's really not that hard. You can download a 30-day free trial of Adobe Photoshop Elements and have your banner made. It's the same program that the majority of the people who are charging you use.
But when you do make your own banner, don't make it the size of the whole screen. I visited one blog where I had to scroll twice just to see content, not banner. That's ridiculous.
Seriously, I am not going to judge your blog based on your banner. I will judge your blog based on the content you provide.

I have a Banner on my blog and I didn't pay anyone for it.
I took the damn photo myself and then resize the thing so it would fit on my blog.
