Blogging Spammers

How many of us have visited a blog, maybe posted a comment and then have been added to the blog writer's "email list" for whatever he or she is selling not related to cards/scrapping/stamping? I got some herbal solicitation today. Yesterday is was candles. Last week another product that if I wanted it, I know where to get it. I wonder if every comment this woman gets (this time it was a female) is trolled for an active email to add to her solicitation list?

To make matters worse, she left every email exposed when she sent out her "February Special". Do any of the other women on this exposed list feel outrage? This email will be forwarded several times and not one of the forwarding idiots will think to delete those emails and send it blindly. I am tired of the spam and product solicitations I will never use. I don't have the appendage that you want me to enlarge!

Hey K**** in the Great White North? I just removed your blog from my Reader and blocked your email address. Thanks for the spam. I guess you thought I had nothing better to do that get unsolicited email for crap products. Worse-you didn't ask me if I was open to receiving it. You broke my number one rule. NO SPAM!

oh yes! it's annoying when you are added on to their "soliciting" emails. But what do we do if this person is also a friend of ours? You can't really say much but bite your tongue.

As a frequent blogger myself, the one thing that I can't stand when receiving comments on my blog are those that say, "hey, great site, have you check out mines?" and when I click on the link it sends me off to a site where I am given advice to increase my penis!!! I didn't even know I had one in the 1st place. What the heck? That's the kind of spam that really ticks me off. Altho' I know it can be easily removed by trashing it, it just becomes annoying!

Bite your tongue! HELL NO! There is a polite way to tell your friend how to use the "BCC" blind carbon copy option. It pisses me off big time when dumb assholes expose my email to everyone. I always say something. The way I say it depends on who I need to say it to.
