Since someone brought up the auto flush toilets, I feel the need to post this as it's own and not in the comments.
Ladies....why, oh why are OUR restrooms the nastiest? We are supposed to be the "clean" gender, yet our bathrooms (public) just make me sick.
I cannot tell you the times I've gone into a women's bathroom only to find unflushed toilets with shit and gobs of toilet paper in it. Flush the damn toilet!!!!!!!!!! I hate gross bathrooms!!!
But the worst.....shitty diapers. Blech.... (yes, I have kids..a lot of them mind you) but the smell of someone elses kid's shitty diaper left unsecured in the trash makes me want to throw up. Wrap the fricken diaper up in itself, or better yet...keep a few of those free disposable bags (aka shopping bags) in your damn diaper bag or purse and wrap that sucker up!
I just feel like if the bathroom reeks from shit, if we emerge smelling like shit.
I hate women who are restroom swines!

women who leave their used PADS on the floor-do they do this at home? My daughter will not use public toilets since she was in grade school. She will hold it until she is cramping over just to avoid the scenerio.
I totally agree with you 100%!!! If I can hold it, I will wait until I get home!
Don't you wonder how these women's bathrooms look at home? Just because you don't have to clean it doesn't mean we all need to put up with your filth. I also hate using a toilet that a woman has "hovered" over. Why in the world would I want to sit-on or wipe off your urine? Come on ladies...do unto others!!
I say the exact same thing almost every time I go into a public restroom! Girls are such SLOBS!!!
The solution to this is to use a public washroom that's clean. I know the local library locked theirs and you have to ask for the key. Beats having a messy washroom. Figure out what's clean in your town and what's not. Go with the clean.
um-guess I will be staying home to pee. 'course I will have to forget this bladder problem I have had for years that meds and surgery made worse.I know-I wont drink anything when I am going out!
My entire area is a ghetto. No respect for public property. Bet it's the same in most places.
Glad to see you have a library with a toilet cop. We have libraries with metal detectors!
